Classrooms

Theory component of the course will be delivered at in the classroom. All classrooms are equipped with the following resources for the delivery and assessment of the units of competency selected for this qualification.

  • Computer with Internet connection to enable research.

  • Printing and photocopying facilities.

  • Whiteboard

  • Table and chairs

  • Power points for laptop, computer

Class times and reception hours

Classes at Edinburgh International College (EIC) will be scheduled between 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. all seven (7) days i.e., Monday to Sunday.

Reception will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Student support officer will be available at the institute during scheduled classes to provide support to students. Students will not be scheduled for more than 8 hours of class in a day. Classes will run in 4 hours sessions. Students are requested to call EIC to receive information on the class timetable and/or for any latest updates.

Note: Delivery schedule will change according to class availability and shifts

Access to computers and textbooks

Institute has access to learning resources relevant to each unit including Business, leadership and Management textbooks & other books and resources relevant to the courses provided at EIC are available at Edinburgh International College (EIC).

Kitchen and Lunch Options

EIC has a designated kitchen area where students can have lunch, and drink tea/coffee.

Student Online Resource Facilities and Books and Learning Resources

Students will have access to computers in the computer lab which allows students to access online learning resources. Students will also be provided with a learner's guide, books, reading materials and access to the LMS (Tribyte).

Students who experience difficulties accessing LMS are required to meet the Student Support Officer or call 03 9088 6578.

Photocopying and Printing Facilities

Printing and photocopy facilities are available from the reception. Students may request printing from reception.
