As per guideline Victoria moved to further relaxed COVIDSafe Settings from 6:00pm Friday 26 March 2021.

All office based and on-site workers can return to work to 100% capacity.

A density limit of 1 person per two square metres in shared spaces and publicly accessible areas applies for most workplaces.

It is highly recommended all workplaces use the free Victorian Government QR Service or Victorian Government Application Programming Interface linked system for record keeping.

You must always carry a face mask with you when you leave home unless you have a lawful reason not to. For more information on when face masks must be worn, see When to wear a face mask.

As restrictions ease it is important to stay safe by washing your hands regularly, coughing and sneezing into a tissue or your elbow and keeping at least 1.5 metres from others.
WorkSafe advice about face masks in work premises

The Victorian Chief Health Officer has directed that employers must take reasonable steps to ensure that employees, when working at their employer’s work premises, carry a face mask at all times and wear a face mask in settings where face masks are required, in accordance with the directions currently in force (unless an exception applies).

During this pandemic situation, we continue to deliver our course via distance mode between March 2020 to June 2021 (Update:20/07/2020) using our google classroom learning management system. This policy may be extended after June 2021 as well with a further notice to ensure we stop Corona virus spread and students can stay home and study from home. Students will be able to contact or obtain support from Edinburgh International College by email or phone or google classroom support mode.

As you are all aware, the outbreak of Corona Virus has impacted us all and Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the Australian Government and Government of Victoria have issued directives to deal with the pandemic. This has also impacted Edinburgh International College’s delivery plans and schedules for the upcoming academic term as the college premises remain under lock down.
